Following fifteen years as a registered nurse specializing in anesthesia and cardiac care, she completed a degree in health management alongside her career, focusing on International Health Consulting, alongside numerous specialized training programs. This laid the foundation for her work in international hospital functional and operational planning.

Today, Regina Haller shapes complex healthcare projects worldwide and develops tailored hospital concepts that integrate medical, organizational, and cultural requirements. Drawing on her experience from approximately 230 projects across more than 70 countries—ranging from regional healthcare facilities to university hospitals—she creates sustainable structures for future-oriented healthcare provision. Thanks to her comprehensive clinical expertise, economic insight, and intercultural and linguistic competence, she brings diverse stakeholders together and ensures practical implementation in international healthcare projects—always with genuine commitment and personal dedication to the people these projects are meant to serve.
